The Overstory Co. is a consultancy I co-lead, focused on helping early-stage and growth-mode brands build the structure they need to scale with clarity. We specialise in brand operations, program management, and strategic systems design - particularly for food, beauty, and hospitality-driven businesses.
What I Led
At The Overstory, I manage multi-phase client projects - launches, rebrands, backend rebuilds - across product development, go-to-market, and organisational systems. I also develop custom frameworks, design toolkits for scale, and act as interim project/program manager for founder-led teams navigating inflection points. I bring in a trusted circle of designers, strategists, and operators depending on client needs.
