Ostudio | Launch Operations & Community Programming
Founded by Fernando Aciar, Ostudio is a hybrid creative coworking space in Brooklyn bringing together artistic collaboration, food culture and interdisciplinary work. An early team role combined launch operations with community and event programming, helping establish both the practical foundations and the character of the space.
What I Led
Supporting the opening through project coordination across construction milestones, equipment sourcing and internal timelines. Alongside launch planning, the work included curating early events, onboarding studio members and shaping the first wave of community programming. Operational planning drew on a hospitality instinct for how people move, gather and feel welcome.
What Shifted
Ostudio moved from concept to a working creative hub for designers, writers and artists. Opening logistics, member onboarding and early programming established a rhythm for daily life in the space, giving creative work and community a foundation to grow together.
