Overview
Ostudio | Launch Operations & Community Programming
Ostudio is a hybrid creative coworking space founded by Fernando Aciar, designed as a new model for artistic collaboration, food culture, and interdisciplinary work. I joined the team in its early stages to help build out the operational backbone, and steward community and event programming during launch.
What I Led
I supported project management across the opening phase - coordinating construction milestones, equipment sourcing, and internal timelines. Simultaneously, I shaped the first wave of community programming by curating events, onboarding new studio members, and helping define the space's cultural rhythm. My role blended operations with hospitality-tuned foresight.
What Shifted
Ostudio transitioned from concept to a fully functional creative hub in Brooklyn, now home to designers, writers and artists. I helped set the operational tone of the space - balancing efficiency with human flow - and played a key role in launching one of NYC's most aesthetically and culturally aligned maker spaces.
