Monument Studios is a Washington, DC based creative and branding agency that turns properties, brands, and spaces into high-performance visual media across video, photo, design, and social. I’m embedded as Chief of Staff, working with the founder and Creative Director to build the operational foundation under a fast-growing team and client roster.

What I Lead
I own everything that happens once a project is won: client intake, shoot scheduling, production flow, and delivery. I’m building the studio’s operating backbone from the ground up. That includes a centralised production pipeline, a clean handoff from sales to production, client production policies and rate structures, a service and pricing model, and a trusted bench of freelance creatives. I’m also the single point of contact for the studio’s largest account, so the creative team can stay focused on the work.
What’s Shifting
Monument is moving from founder-held knowledge and scattered channels to a studio that runs on shared systems. Projects now start with a structured intake, clients know exactly how to work with the team, and leadership is freed up to focus on growth and creative direction. We’re building an agency that can scale into 2027 without losing the quality and culture it’s known for.
