I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and chose to be born into a Sri Lankan family, where I learned the values of community, resilience, and the quiet power of spirit.

My young love for science taught me rigor: to treat what I know as a hypothesis, never an absolute. Training as a chef taught me quality through my hands, the intelligence of ingredients, the care behind a curated experience, and the rhythm of a team moving as one.

A decade of working alongside purpose-led founders, creative producers, and executives taught me how to build systems from ground zero. I’ve discovered I’m at home in the early, ambiguous stages of a vision: when there is a belief worth growing, something worth building, but either have no clear way to its fullest fruition.

I move through the world with a simple conviction: if we have the power to destroy, we also have the power to regenerate. Business can be part of that regeneration, not as a performance of purpose, but as a practical force for imagining new ways to live and creating cultures where people can do their best work and thrive.
