Founded by Dana Cowin, Progressive Hedonist brings people together around food, community and positive environmental action. I worked alongside Dana to develop the operational systems supporting the business and its event program, helping translate her vision into coordinated action.
What I Led
I led the development of operational systems across the business and event program, alongside direct founder support. My work focused on organising priorities, bringing structure to the moving parts, and establishing ways of working that supported both everyday operations and the planning of gatherings.
What Shifted
Dana’s 35+ years of work became an organised archive the team could draw from as Progressive Hedonist took shape. Shared systems gave the team a foundation to run with, turning a founder-held vision into a brand and event program they could move forward together, with a clearer story to bring to potential investors and funders.
