What I Led
I acted as a regional brand operator - navigating local alcohol laws, managing distributor conversations, and creating placement opportunities across restaurants and venues. I focused not just on getting the product listed, but ensuring it was named, positioned, and understood by the market.
What Shifted
The brand saw an 18% increase in sales through local distribution to restaurants and hospitality venues, including key placements like James Beard award-winner Ana Castro's Acamaya. C.Cassis gained cultural relevance in a high-barrier market and became part of the quiet shift toward more intentional, origin-forward drinking experiences.
